We have very few terms and conditions. Those we do have, we ask you kindly to respect.

Photography

Do not undertake any commercial or commercially-advantageous social media photography of any kind without our prior consent and agreement.

Dogs

Dogs, whilst very welcome at Spinks Nest, should never be left unattended in the cottage. Dogs should always be on a leash if outside of Spinks Nest on the property. All dog mess on the property should be collected and bagged (these are provided free of charge), and those bags should be put in the external grey waste bin by you, and not left for our cleaners.

Smoking

No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, pipes, bongs...) is permitted in Spinks Nest. You may smoke in the garden terrace.

 

Refunds

We are always willing to help where we can if you need to move dates. Please enquire with us if that is the case. If you sadly need to cancel your booking, we will refund you 100% of your booking fee if we are given at least 3 months' notice prior to your arrival date. Between 3 months and 6 weeks, we will refund you 50% of your booking fee. After that, we cannot refund you any of your booking fee.
